For service businesses
Clear client tracking, with no retyping and no forgotten follow-up.
Consultancy, engineering firm, agency, cleaning, maintenance or training company: your value lies in your client relationships. We build a CRM around the way you work and automate the repetitive tasks around it, under your control.
What holds you back
What slows service teams down
As the business grows, the tools you started with stop keeping up. The signs are often the same.
Sales tracking split across several spreadsheets
Everyone has their own file, notes and reminders. When a colleague is away, nobody knows where last week’s proposal stands.
A shared inbox that is overflowing
Prospect enquiries, client questions, supplier invoices, job applications: everything lands in the same place, and sorting it takes up part of the morning.
Information entered twice
Client details go from the email to the CRM, then to the quote, then to the invoice. Every time something is retyped, it takes time and adds a risk of error.
Proposals that go nowhere
A proposal is sent, then nothing. Without a reminder, following up depends on everyone’s memory, and the opportunity goes cold.
Documents to read and file
Purchase orders, contracts, certificates, invoices: the right information has to be pulled out and filed, by hand.
What we put in place
What we build for you
We start with the task that takes up most of your time. The rest follows, if it is useful.
A custom CRM
Your clients, enquiries, proposals and deadlines in one place, with the stages of your own sales process. No features you do not need.
An assistant for the shared inbox
Aristide reads incoming emails, sorts and summarises them and prepares a reply where it makes sense. CRM records are filled in. You stay in control of every message sent.
Follow-ups prepared for you
A proposal with no reply, an overdue invoice, a meeting to confirm: the follow-up is ready on the planned date, in your tone. You approve it.
Document reading
The useful information in a purchase order or an invoice is extracted and filed in your tools. Doubtful cases are flagged for you to check.
Connected tools
Your form, CRM, invoicing tool and calendar share information. Data entered once is enough.
ExampleExample
Fictional example: a business consultancy
An imagined example, unrelated to any real client. A consultancy tracks its prospects in a shared spreadsheet and receives enquiries in a shared inbox. It starts with a custom CRM that follows its own stages: first contact, meeting, proposal, signature. Aristide then sorts incoming emails, creates or updates records and flags proposals that have had no reply. Each morning, the partner in charge of sales sees the list of follow-ups ready to go, reviews them and sends them.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to give up the tools we use now?
No. We connect to your tools where possible: email, calendar, invoicing. If one of them is a blocker, we tell you before we begin.
Why a custom CRM rather than off-the-shelf software?
Off-the-shelf software is sometimes a very good fit. Custom work makes sense when your process has its own stages, or when you are paying for lots of features you never use. We give you an honest opinion from the first call.
Who approves the emails and follow-ups?
You, or the person you choose. Anything that commits the business needs human approval. Doubtful cases are flagged rather than handled at random.
Where is our data hosted?
We choose the hosting with you, including in Europe, and only share what is necessary. We comply with the GDPR, and with the Swiss FADP (nLPD) in Switzerland. Your data and your access rights belong to you.
What does the AI audit give us?
It reviews your repetitive tasks and shows which ones are worth automating, in order of priority and with a price. It costs €790 excl. VAT, an amount deducted from any project over €3,000 excl. VAT.

- GuidesCustom CRM or off-the-shelf software: how to decideA spreadsheet that has grown out of control, contacts scattered across several inboxes, follow-ups that slip through the cracks: one day you need a proper tool to keep track of your customers. The question then comes up fast: buy an off-the-shelf CRM or have one built for you? Here are simple, unbiased criteria to help you decide.
- GuidesFollow-ups and unpaid invoices: automate without upsetting customersChasing a customer is never pleasant. So it gets put off, you wait until the end of the month, and a late invoice turns into a real cash-flow problem. Automating reminders means none are forgotten, as long as you keep the right tone and let a person decide as soon as things get delicate.
- GuidesGDPR and Swiss FADP: what to check before using AI in a small businessThinking of using an AI assistant for your emails, quotes or documents? Good idea, as long as you know what data you are handing over. In France, the GDPR applies; in Switzerland, the new Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, known in French as nLPD). Here is a practical checklist to get off to a sound start.
