French-speaking Switzerland
Websites and custom tools in French-speaking Switzerland.
We work with tradespeople, shop owners and small businesses in French-speaking Switzerland: websites, online shops, custom software or CRM, AI assistants. Prices excl. VAT in Swiss francs, mostly remote work, and site visits when the project calls for it.
Why we work with French-speaking Switzerland
We are based between France and Switzerland. Working on both sides of the border is part of our everyday life, and French-speaking Switzerland shares our language: conversations are easy and your website copy is written directly in French.
Needs are similar from one country to the other: being found online, answering quote requests faster, no longer retyping the same information into three tools. What changes is the currency, VAT and the data protection framework. We take them into account from the start.

Data protection: the Swiss FADP (nLPD)
The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection, known as the FADP (nLPD in French), has been in force since 1 September 2023. It applies in particular to businesses that process personal data, for example contact details received through a contact form or records in a CRM.
We do not give legal advice and do not promise compliance: it depends on all of your processing activities and remains your responsibility, with help from your advisers if needed. What we do is design your tools to make this easier, and choose the hosting with you.
Record of processing activities
Depending on your situation, a record of processing activities may be required. We tell you which data our tools process, to help you keep it.
Informing people
People must be informed when their data is collected. We set aside space on the website for a privacy statement, whose content you approve.
Processors
Hosting provider, email delivery tool, AI service: we list the providers used, so you know who processes what.
Data transfers
When a service is located outside Switzerland, the question of data transfer arises. We discuss it with you and choose the options that suit your situation.
Swiss VAT
Our prices are shown excl. VAT. How VAT applies depends on your situation: it is stated on each offer, in writing, before you commit.
To find out how these amounts fit into your accounts, the simplest option is to check with your fiduciary (accountant). We are happy to send them any useful information.
Remote work, with visits when needed
Most projects run smoothly remotely: a video call to understand your needs, a written proposal, then regular check-ins to approve each stage. You see your website or tool take shape online, and give your feedback as it goes.
When the project justifies it, for example to observe how a workshop operates or to train a team, we come to you. The terms are set out in the proposal.
Free first call
30 minutes, by video or phone, to talk about your project.
A written proposal
What we will do, the price in CHF and the timeline, before we start.
Long-term support
Hosting, maintenance and small changes included, further development on quote, with the same contact.
Frequently asked questions
Do you invoice in Swiss francs?
Our prices for Switzerland are in CHF, excl. VAT. Invoicing and payment terms are set out in each proposal.
Where will my website and data be hosted?
We choose the hosting with you, based on your needs and constraints, in Switzerland or in Europe where possible. Your data and your access belong to you.
Will my website comply with the FADP (nLPD)?
We cannot commit to legal compliance, which depends on all of your processing activities. We design the website to make your obligations easier: forms limited to what is necessary, space set aside for the privacy statement, a list of the providers used.
Do we need to meet to work together?
Not necessarily. Most of our exchanges happen remotely. We can travel when the project justifies it.
Can the AI assistant handle emails from my Swiss customers?
Yes, under your control. Aristide prepares, and you approve everything that commits your business. We choose with you the services used and where the data is processed.
