For landscapers and grounds maintenance businesses

Get ready for peak season before it overwhelms you.

In spring, everyone wants their garden done at the same time. In winter, you need to fill the diary. Between new gardens, regular maintenance, mowing and pruning, we build a website that shows your work and tools that even out the season.

What holds you back

The challenges specific to landscaping

Your work follows the seasons and the weather. Your tools should keep the same rhythm.

  • The spring rush

Requests all pour in at once. You call back the first ones, and those who wait too long find someone else.

  • A quiet season to plan for

In late autumn and winter, work slows down. Yet this is the right time to sign garden design projects to be carried out in spring, as long as people can find you.

  • Maintenance contracts to renew

Mowing, hedge trimming, leaf clearing: your regular customers expect a visit on a fixed date. Their contract is often renewed by word of mouth, whenever someone remembers.

  • Weather that wrecks the schedule

Two days of rain, and every round has to be redone. Letting each customer know and reorganising the teams takes a whole morning.

  • Projects that are hard to show

A garden makes sense when you see the before and after. Without a website, those transformations stay invisible to future customers.

ExampleExample

Fictional example: a grounds maintenance business with two teams

An imagined example for illustration, not a real client. A landscaping business splits its time between private gardens and the upkeep of residential complexes. It launches a Showcase site with its gardens before and after, published in autumn so it is visible while projects are being decided. Its maintenance contracts move into a single register, linked to a schedule by area. When the weather rules out a day, the manager moves the visits and sends the prepared messages to the customers concerned.

Frequently asked questions

When is the right time to launch my website?

Ideally before the period when your customers plan their projects, often late autumn or winter. The site then has time to be up and running when the requests arrive.

I also work for residential complexes. Can the register handle them?

Yes. We separate private customers from residential complexes, each with their contacts, services and specific terms. The tool follows your organisation, not the other way round.

Will my teams be able to check the schedule in the field?

Yes. The schedule works on a phone, with the address and instructions for each garden. We adjust what is visible according to each person’s role.

Are weather postponement messages sent automatically?

No. Aristide prepares them, but you approve the send. You stay in control of what your customers receive.
