An imagined example for illustration, with no real client. A caterer receives wedding and seminar enquiries by email, often incomplete. It puts a form online that asks for the date, number of guests, venue and preferred package. Each complete enquiry arrives with a draft quote calculated from its prices. The caterer adjusts, approves and sends it. Once the quote is accepted, the event sheet is created, and ready-to-send reminders ask for the deposit and then the final number of guests.

Is the quote sent to the customer automatically?
No. Aristide prepares a draft based on your prices and rules. You review it, correct it if needed, then send it. Nothing goes out without your approval.
Can the quote change with the number of guests?
Yes. Your prices can depend on guest numbers, the package, service and equipment. The draft quote applies your rules, and you keep control of the final price.
Can we handle allergens and dietary requirements?
Yes. The form can ask about guests’ allergies and diets. The information appears in the enquiry and on the event sheet. Checking the recipes remains your responsibility.
