A quote request with dimensions
The Pro site form asks for the main measurements, the intended use and a photo of the space. You know straight away whether the project is right for you.
A quote with options
Your wood species, finishes and hardware are saved with their prices. You present several variations in the same quote without recalculating everything.
Shared workshop tracking
A simple tool where each order moves from one stage to the next: drawing approved, cutting, assembly, finishing, fitting. The whole team sees where each job stands.
Supplier invoices read for you
Aristide processes the PDF invoices you receive and prepares the data for your invoicing software. You check everything before it is recorded.

An imagined example for illustration, not a real client. A small workshop makes bespoke fitted wardrobes and bookcases. It starts with a Showcase site with a portfolio sorted by type of furniture. Visitors see the workshop’s style before they call. A few months later, it moves up to the Pro site to receive requests with measurements and photos of the room. The owner then prepares quotes in two or three finish variations, without redoing the sums each time.

Frequently asked questions
My photos are taken on my phone. Are they good enough?
Usually, yes. We crop and optimise them for the site. We also give you a few simple tips on light and framing for your next jobs.
Can I add my new work myself?
You can send it to us: adding photos is one of the small changes included in the monthly fee. If you would rather publish them yourself, we discuss it when we quote.
Does the options-based quote work for roof carpentry?
Yes. We adapt it to your pricing units, whether you price per linear metre, per square metre or as a fixed price, and to your treatment or section variations.
Do I have to set everything up at once?
No. Most workshops start with the website, then add a tool once the need is clear. Each step has its written price before we begin.
