Quotes that eat up the evening
For a tradesperson, quoting is often evening work. You have to find the right price for a material, copy the same lines again, recalculate the discount, check the VAT. When the client accepts, everything is retyped elsewhere for the deposit invoice, then the final invoice.
Generic quoting software helps, but it is designed for everyone. Your fixed-price packages, your options, your markups or the way you present a job don’t always fit. The result: workarounds, copying errors and quotes that go out late.

Once the quote is accepted, the deposit invoice and the final invoice follow directly from it. Nothing is sent to the client without your approval.

The price takes into account the number of services to bring across, the documents to produce and the links to your accounts. If some of your enquiries arrive by email, Aristide, our assistant, can prepare a draft quote for you to approve, from €79 excl. VAT per month.

Frequently asked questions
My current quoting software is no longer enough. Do I need to change everything?
Not necessarily. Sometimes a module that prepares quotes and passes them to your current tool is enough. We first look at what is really holding you back.
Will the tool handle e-invoicing?
Yes: the tool connects to the approved platform of your choice for sending and receiving e-invoices. The approved platform remains the one you choose. The rules and timeline of the French e-invoicing reform are explained in our guide on e-invoicing. For accounting or tax questions specific to your business, your accountant remains your point of reference.
Can I write a quote from the job site?
Yes, the tool runs in a browser, on a phone or tablet. The input screens are simplified for this case.
Who sends the quotes to the client?
You do. The tool prepares the document, you check it and you decide whether to send it.
Do you also work with tradespeople in Switzerland?
Yes, we work across France and Switzerland. VAT and invoicing rules differ on each side of the border: the tool is set up for your country.
