Writing a quote often means rereading an email or a form, finding prices in a spreadsheet, copying contact details, calculating, laying it out, then exporting a PDF. None of it is hard, but it is all manual, and it rarely comes at a good time.

We start by writing down your rules with you: rates, fixed packages, travel costs, minimum order, discounts, mandatory notices. Aristide then relies on these rules to turn each request into a quote ready to approve.
Take an electrician who receives a request to replace a fuse board and add some sockets. Aristide identifies the work items, takes the prices from the rate card, adds travel based on the location and prepares the quote. Is a detail missing, such as access to the site? The quote is set aside with the question to ask the customer.

Frequently asked questions
Is the quote sent to the customer automatically?
No. Aristide prepares, you approve. The quote only goes out once you agree, and you can edit it first.
My prices change often. Is that a problem?
No. Your rates stay in a file or tool that you update yourself. Aristide always uses the latest version.
What if a request does not fit any rule?
Aristide does not force a price. It flags the request as one for you to price yourself.
Can it produce quotes with options?
Yes, if the options are part of your rules: material variants, packages, quantities. We define them together at the start.
Do I need new software?
Not necessarily. Aristide can work with your invoicing software or your spreadsheet. A custom tool only makes sense if your current tools are holding you back.
