In-house business tool

Custom business software, instead of the fragile spreadsheet.

That file everyone edits, that only one person really understands and that nobody dares touch any more. We turn it into a simple web application, made for your business.

The problem

The spreadsheet that runs the business

In many businesses, a key process relies on a spreadsheet built up over the years: production tracking in a workshop, open files in a consultancy, orders and allergens at a caterer. It does the job, but it has its limits. Two people open it at the same time, a formula gets overwritten, an old version circulates by email.

No off-the-shelf software really fits, because the need is too specific to the way you work. So the spreadsheet grows, with hidden tabs, colours only its author can read and a real risk on the day that person is away.

Our answer

A tool that follows your rules, not the other way round

We start by understanding what your file does today: what information goes in, who changes it, what calculations are made, which decisions depend on it. Then we build a web application that follows these rules, with clear screens for each role.

Data is entered once, in the right place, by the right person. The change history is kept. Anything that commits the business, such as an order to a supplier, always waits for human approval.

  • Guided input

Forms with drop-down lists and checks, instead of free-form cells.

  • Tracking dashboards

The information management needs, without copying it into another file.

  • Generated documents

Sheets, slips or summaries produced from the data already entered.

What is included

What an in-house business tool includes

  • 01

    Analysis of what you have

We take your current file apart so that no useful rule is lost.

  • 02

    Data migration

Your historical data imported, then checked with you.

  • 03

    Access rights

Everyone edits what concerns them and views what they need.

  • 04

    Exports

Your data can still be exported to a spreadsheet for your analysis.

  • 05

    Hosting and ownership

Hosting chosen with you, including in Europe. Your data and your access belong to you.

Starting price

Starting price

An in-house business tool is quoted per project, from €2,500 excl. VAT. The price depends on the number of screens, the rules to carry over and the tools to connect. Starting with a single, well-chosen process is often the safest route: the tool can grow afterwards.

How it works

  1. 1

    Free call

30 minutes, ideally with the file open in front of us.

  2. 2

    Written proposal

The scope, the price and the timeline, agreed before we start.

  3. 3

    Build and checks

We build the application and compare it with your file on real cases, until it gives the same results.

  4. 4

    Go-live and changes

The team switches to the tool. Support, maintenance and changes follow the terms set out in the proposal.

Frequently asked questions

Our file is very complicated. Is that an obstacle?

No. A complicated file is often a sign of real know-how. Our job is to understand it before simplifying it, without losing anything important.

Will we still be able to use a spreadsheet?

Yes, for analysis: the application includes exports. Data entry, however, happens in the tool to avoid competing versions.

Can the application read the documents we receive?

If you receive purchase orders or supplier invoices, automatic extraction can prepare the data entry, always checked by someone on your team. That is the role of our AI agents service.

What happens if our needs change?

The application evolves with you. Each change is quoted separately, with a written price before we start.

Is this only for large companies?

No. A business tool makes sense as soon as an important process depends on a fragile file, whether the team is small or larger.

The 30-minute first call is free. Together we look at what your spreadsheet does and what an application would change. If the file is enough, we will tell you.
