For shop owners
Your shop, found online and open in the evening too.
Neighbourhood shop, specialist store, delicatessen, florist or wine merchant: your customers check your opening hours and products on their phone before they come in. We build a website or an online shop sized to your business, and simple to keep up to date.
What holds you back
What many shop owners deal with
Time spent in the shop leaves little room for anything else. These are situations we see often.
Information that is missing or wrong
Summer hours, an unexpected closure, a new address: when the information online is out of date, customers make the trip for nothing, or do not come at all.
The same questions all day long
Do you have this product, do you deliver, how late are you open: answering the phone and messages interrupts service in the shop.
Sales limited to opening hours
Some of your customers cannot come in during the day. Without an online shop or click and collect, those sales slip away.
Orders coming from everywhere
A social media message, an email, a phone call: orders arrive from all sides and get written in a notebook. The risk of forgetting one rises during the holidays and the sales.
A catalogue that is hard to maintain
Adding a product, changing a price, flagging something out of stock: if every change needs outside help, the website ends up out of date.
What we put in place
Tools sized to your shop
No need for a complex platform. We choose with you what genuinely helps your shop.
A clear showcase website
Opening hours, address, directions, your best-selling products and a button to call. You update your hours yourself, simply.
An online shop
Your catalogue, online payment and a choice between delivery and in-store collection. Orders arrive in one place, with the customer’s contact details.
A redesign of your existing website
You already have a website, but it is slow, hard to read on a phone or impossible to edit? We keep what works and rebuild the rest.
Replies prepared by Aristide
Aristide reads incoming emails, sorts orders from questions and prepares replies from your information. You read them before they are sent.
A customer list that is actually useful
For shops that handle special orders or regular customers: a simple tool to see who ordered what, and when to get back in touch.
ExampleExample
Fictional example: a local produce shop
This example is imagined and describes no real client. A small local produce shop takes its hamper orders by phone and message. It opens an online shop with in-store collection: customers choose their products, pay and pick a time slot. The shop owner sees all of the day’s orders on a single list. Frequent questions, such as opening hours or whether a product is available, get a prepared reply that the owner reads and approves before it goes out.

Frequently asked questions
Can I update my opening hours and products myself?
Yes. We show you how to update your hours, prices and products. If you would rather leave those changes to us, that is possible too.
Do I need to manage stock online and in the shop?
It depends on your shop. For a small catalogue, simple tracking is often enough. For a larger one, we look with you at how to connect the online shop to your till or stock tool, where possible.
Is in-store collection possible?
Yes. The online shop can offer delivery, in-store collection, or both. You choose the time slots and delivery areas.
How does online payment work?
We set up a well-known payment provider, chosen with you. Its fees are separate and shown to you before we begin.
My website is a few years old. Does it all need rebuilding?
Not always. We first look at what can be kept. The free diagnostic gives you an initial opinion on your current website.
