Automatic customer follow-ups

Follow up at the right time, without forgetting anyone.

Unanswered quotes, unpaid invoices, appointments to confirm: Aristide spots who needs a follow-up, prepares a suitable message and submits it to you. You stay in control of every send.

The problem

Everyone knows follow-ups work. Nobody has the time.

A quote sent two weeks ago has had no reply. An invoice is overdue. A customer has not confirmed Thursday’s appointment. Each case needs a short message, but first you have to remember it, find the history and get the tone right.

So it gets put off. Follow-ups go out late, or too blunt, or twice to the same customer. And a forgotten quote can mean a job or an order that goes elsewhere.

Our answer

A list of follow-ups ready every day.

Aristide tracks your quotes, invoices and calendar in the tools where they already live. Based on the deadlines you set, it prepares the day’s follow-ups and presents them in a list: to whom, why, and with what message.

The tone changes with the situation. A first quote reminder stays light. A second payment reminder is firmer and restates the due date. A loyal customer is not chased like a new contact. Before each message, Aristide rechecks the history: if the customer has replied or paid in the meantime, the follow-up is withdrawn.

How it works

  1. 1

    Follow-up inventory

We list what you follow up today, what you forget, and where the information lives.

  2. 2

    Rules and messages

Timing, tone, customers to exclude, exceptions: we write it all down with you.

  3. 3

    Approval period

Aristide proposes its follow-ups and you review them one by one. We correct anything that does not suit you, then we monitor how it runs.

Frequently asked questions

Do the follow-ups go out on their own?

No. They are prepared, then you approve them. You can approve a whole list in one go, or message by message.

What if the customer has paid in the meantime?

Aristide checks the history before proposing a follow-up. If the payment does not yet show in your tools, the follow-up is proposed to you and you can discard it.

Can certain customers be excluded?

Yes. Some customers should never receive a follow-up prepared by an assistant. Just mark them and they are left out.

Does a payment reminder prepared this way have legal value?

Aristide prepares commercial reminders. For a formal notice or debt recovery proceedings, the content must be approved by you and, if needed, by your adviser.

Does it work with my invoicing software?

Often, yes, if the software lets you export or view invoice status. We check this during the first call, before any commitment.

Who should you follow up this week?

Tell us about your pending quotes and overdue invoices. We will show you how Aristide could prepare those follow-ups.
