SaaS development
Custom SaaS development: from the idea to the first version.
You know a problem in your industry and you want to solve it with web software sold on subscription. We help you build a first usable version, then develop it further.
The problem
A good idea, and a lot of questions
Many SaaS projects are born in the field. A business owner has built a tool for their own company and realises their peers have the same need. Or a professional knows their trade so well that they can clearly see the software that is missing.
Between the idea and a product that clients pay for every month, the questions pile up. What goes into the first version? How do you handle accounts, subscriptions, invoices? Where do you host your future clients’ data? The risk is building too much, for too long, before showing the tool to a single user.
Our answer
Start small, show early, keep improving
We help you narrow your idea down to what is essential for a first client to get value from it. We begin with a clickable prototype, which you can show to prospects before a single line of code is written. Then we build the first version, on a solid base that can grow.
We tell you frankly what looks risky or unnecessary to us. The decision is always yours.
Prototype
The main screens, clickable, to test the idea with future users.
First version
The essential features, account sign-up and a separate space for each client.
Subscriptions
Online payment and recurring billing through a payment provider chosen with you.
Hosting and roadmap
Suitable hosting, including in Europe, and a roadmap for the next versions.
What is included
What our SaaS support includes
01
Product scoping
Who your users are, what problem you solve, what goes into the first version and what can wait.
02
Separate accounts and spaces
Each client’s data is isolated from everyone else’s.
03
Data protection
The GDPR and, if you are targeting Switzerland, the Swiss FADP (nLPD), taken into account from the design stage.
04
Admin area
To keep track of your clients, their subscriptions and their support requests.
05
Going live
Hosting, backups and access set up with you. The access belongs to you.
Starting price
Starting price
A SaaS project is quoted per project, from €2,500 excl. VAT for a deliberately narrow first version. The price depends on the features chosen, the subscriptions to manage and the links to other services. It is set out in the proposal, as is the timeline. Hosting and online payment fees depend on the providers chosen and are presented to you before we start.

Frequently asked questions
I have no technical skills. Is that a problem?
No. You bring the knowledge of the trade and the clients. We translate that into screens and features, in plain words, and we explain every technical choice that affects your business.
Why not build everything at once?
Because your first users will teach you what really matters. A narrow first version costs less, ships sooner and avoids paying for features nobody uses.
Who owns the software?
Your data and your access belong to you. The ownership and maintenance terms are set out in the proposal, before we start.
Can you turn our internal tool into a SaaS product?
It is possible. We look at what can be reused and what needs rethinking to serve several clients, each with their data kept properly separate.
Can the software be sold in France and Switzerland?
Yes, provided it is planned from the start: languages, currencies, VAT and data protection under the GDPR and the Swiss FADP (nLPD). We discuss this during scoping.
