The problem
The shared inbox overflows, and important requests get lost.
In many businesses, a single address receives everything: quote requests, customer questions, supplier invoices, complaints, advertising. Someone has to open it all, guess what is urgent and forward it to the right person.
That sorting takes time every day, often at the worst moment. A price request goes unanswered because it arrived on a Friday evening. A complaint waits because it looked like a simple question. And when the person who knows the inbox is away, nobody knows where the conversations stand.
Our answer
Aristide does the first sort and drafts the reply.
Aristide connects to your existing email. For each incoming message, it identifies the type of request, writes a short summary and files it in the right place. For routine requests, it drafts a reply from your own information: opening hours, terms, standard documents, replies you already use.
The draft stays a draft. You read it, edit it, then send it yourself. When an email is ambiguous or sensitive, Aristide does not try to reply: it flags it to you.

Frequently asked questions
Can Aristide send emails on my behalf?
Not without your approval. It prepares drafts. You decide whether to send, edit or delete them.
What if it files an email in the wrong place?
It can happen, just as with a person new to your business. That is why nothing is sent without review and uncertain cases are flagged to you. Your corrections are used to refine the rules.
Are my emails read by a third party?
We choose the hosting with you, including in Europe, and only the data needed for processing is transmitted. The framework is the GDPR, and the Swiss FADP (nLPD) for Swiss businesses.
Do I need to change email provider?
No. Aristide works in the email you already use. Your colleagues carry on working as before.
Can it handle several inboxes?
Yes, for example a shared address and personal addresses. The price reflects this, and it is set in writing before we start.
